Manage drainage issues.  Work closely with leasing staff, maintenance staff, and support personnel.  Prepare logs, reports, documents as required. Millwood Management/Construction (11/06-6/08) Detailer/Maintenance

Started position as detailer preparing units newly constructed to be ready to turn over to Lease management for leasing.  Inspect units and make all necessary repairs to units to meet all standards and requirements for leasing to general public.  Position covered all trade areas carpentry, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, painting, flooring, cleaning, Certify units rent ready and inspect with lease management.  Prepare reports, documents as required, documentation of all work.  Work closely with general contractor, sub-contractors, managers, support staff and leasing staff.  When units were complete I was asked to stay with the management as maintenance tech soon working my way to supervisor and assuming those duties.  Duties as described above.
